How do I begin placing orders?

Simply go to blahnikcatering and follow the prompts to create a new account.

What is the cut off time for ordering?

For all orders placed online, we have a 3 pm cut-off for the day before you require your catering. After this time you can phone and we will do our best to arrange your catering needs- some items have a 3 pm cut off from our suppliers.

Is there a delivery fee?

There is no delivery fee for CBD 3000 postcode. Southbank and Docklands we charge a $15 delivery fee.

Is there a minimum fee charge?

There is a minimum of $50 order for CBD customers – if less, we charge the difference to make it $50 total

How do I pay?

You will receive an automated invoice upon delivery. Payment methods are listed on the invoice. we accept EFT, Visa, Mastercard or Amex

How can I modify my order?

You can change your order online any time until 3 pm the day before.  After this time, we cannot promise changes but phone us and we will endeavour to meet your needs.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online until 3 pm the day before your catering requirements. After this time we cannot guarantee a cancellation but will endeavour to help you.

How do I know that my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation via email

How is food served?

We deliver your food on either VIP ceramic platters or in food boxes. Please note if you request ceramic platters the client is responsible for loss or breakage and will be charged replacement value

How do the platters get back to Blahnik?

All platters are collected the next day. We appreciate if they are ready for collection
